SAFETY POLICY AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A safety management system (SMS) is defined as a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organizational structures, accountability, policies and procedure. The goal of this training to is to ensure that cabin crew are trained and competent to perform their duties within the SMS

Module 03

PASSENGER CHECK-IN

Airline cabin crew are responsible for the comfort, safety and welfare of passengers travelling on aircraft during short-haul and long-haul flights. Training and scheduling of Flight Deck Crew to ensure that they meet all licensing and regulatory requirements and can execute high-quality operation in a safe, efficient and customer-friendly manner.

PASSENGER BOARDING

At the time of the boarding, passengers, most of the time, are welcomed at the door of the airplane by the smiling faces of the cabin crew. The posture and their language must be positive, to make the passengers impressed even before take off. These will never know that behind the big smile, in fact, are hiding sometimes long hours of work

The navigation & technical sections are in charge of effective surveying of all routes & making available all navigation, performance & other necessary operational data to flight crew to ensure air & flight operations
